Apply for a Complimentary Pass

HR.com invites Senior HR Executives from companies with over 1000 employees who make buying decisions in North America to apply for a complimentary pass to attend the Employers of Excellence Conference 2009.

Complimentary passes are subsidized by the organizations sponsoring the event in return for the opportunity to meet with you. Each complimentary pass holder attends 6 (if registered by July 15) or 8 (if registered after July 15) 20-minute, one-on-one meetings with senior company representatives from leading providers of HR products and services. This is an extremely efficient way for Senior Executives faced with buying decisions or an interest in emerging technology to meet the market leaders in one place. Meetings are professionally managed at the senior level and structured to provide you the information you want to gather in order to streamline your evaluation process.

Complimentary Pass applications are verified and subject to the approval of the Event Director. Please accurately complete the form below and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Complimentary Pass Terms


Senior HR decision-makers with companies that have more than 1,000 employees who would like to meet with senior representatives from companies that provide HR products and services are eligible to receive a complimentary conference pass.

The following terms and conditions apply: the complimentary pass holder must provide their credit card information to secure their registration at the Employers of Excellence National Conference 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada. If any of the following conditions occurs, the participant's credit card will be charged in full for the registration fee of $1,995:


  1. 30 days’ written notice of cancellation or an approved substitute is not provided.
  2. Participant fails to fully complete his/her online profile at least two weeks prior to the event. (This includes meeting request process.)
  3. Participant does not fulfill 100% of their One-on-One meetings with Vendor Sponsors.
  4. Participant fails to show up on site.
